Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, Delivery and Local Pickup Policy

Orders over $200 receive free shipping, any orders under $200 will have a shipping fee that will be calculated at checkout. All orders are processed and packaged on Mondays only. You will receive a text message or email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you when your order has been shipped and we will give you your shipping number.

Local delivery is available for all orders. We will only be delivering on Thursday's, unless otherwise stated on one of our socail pages. If you NEED your order before then, contact us via email or text and we will communicate with you.

If you are local and would like to skip the shipping fees, we have available pickup options at our barn or booth at Simpson's Produce in Charlotte on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday's. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. After receiving your order confirmation email and choosing local pickup, we will contact you via text message or email with the phone number and email you provided and send you, our address or communicate when your order will be at Simpson's Produce with us. If you choose to pick up at our home, we will contact you for the best time for you to pick up with it being at our home.

We are not putting our address online as of now since it is our home address. We will be located at Simpson's Produce in Charlotte on Tuesday (8am-5pm), Friday (8am - 5pm) and Saturdays (8am - 3pm) starting April 12th for you to have a wide in person selection of our high-quality meats! We will also have a cooler full at Terry Simpson's Produce on Secrest Short Cut Road as well, we will just not be in person there. Thank you for your business!

Safe Handling 

This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions.
 

  • Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.

  • Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry.

  • Cook thoroughly.

  • Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
